Windward Parkway and North Point Parkway Intersection Improvements

The Windward Parkway and North Point Parkway Intersection Improvements 2025 Quick Wins project updated the existing traffic signal and signal timing at the intersection of Windward Parkway and North Point Parkway. In addition, the concrete median was expanded across the entire existing turn lane to enhance pedestrian connectivity and landscaping was incorporated within the median. The project also included minor utility adjustments along with roadway milling, pavement overlaying and restriping.

The project was completed in January 2026.
