You must be a commercial property owner within the district to become a member of True North 400. Owners pay an added 3 mils in property tax that funds specific community projects and studies designed to improve infrastructure, mobility and access.
The benefits of being located within a CID are tremendous. CIDs work to improve infrastructure, beautification, security and more – all of which increase property values. Based on a recent impact study, properties within the CID boundaries are more valuable than those beyond its borders. In fact, both retail and office rents are 19% and 15.2% higher, respectively, than the rest of north Fulton County.
