Windward Crossing Activation Plan

The Windward Crossing Activation Plan will explore opportunities to improve pedestrian connectivity, enhance the overall experience within the retail area and create stronger connections to nearby employment centers and surrounding destinations.

The plan will evaluate existing and planned connections within a half-mile of Windward Crossing and identify opportunities for safer, more inviting pedestrian access. Concepts will include enhanced pedestrian gateways into the development, improvements to walkability and recommendations for activating existing green space.

The project will also explore placemaking opportunities that create a more welcoming and connected environment throughout Windward Crossing. Final recommendations will be illustrated through concept plans and renderings that help visualize potential improvements and guide future investment in the area.
