Kristin Winzeler Named True North 400 Executive Director

Following Brandon Beach’s appointment to U.S. Treasurer in July 2025

North Fulton, GA July 11, 2025 — After more than 13 years with True North 400 (formerly the North Fulton Community Improvement District), Kristin Winzeler, formerly the organization’s Deputy Executive Director, has been chosen to lead as the next Executive Director. This announcement comes after the departure of its former Executive Director, Brandon Beach, who was recently confirmed as the next Treasurer of the United States.

Since joining True North 400 in 2012, Winzeler has worked with leadership to guide the organization through a pivotal period of growth, by championing innovative projects in North Fulton resulting in increased area investment. During her tenure as Deputy Executive Director, True North 400 helped drive more than $30 million in infrastructure enhancements that spurred over $217 million in new investment across the cities of Alpharetta, Roswell and Milton. Winzeler was also instrumental in the organization’s rebrand to True North 400 in 2023.

“I look forward to building on the organization’s momentum and continuing the progress and success made possible by the Board of Directors and Brandon’s leadership,” said Winzeler. “True North 400 will continue to make an impact, and I am thrilled to be a vital part of the organization’s vision for the future of our region.”

Winzeler’s mission will be to steward True North 400 members’ investment – undertaking both large and small projects, encouraging smart growth and delivering a highly amenitized community to live, work and play. In addition, she will manage the organization’s vision to be a catalyst for positive change, value creation and community experience to benefit its members.

“I have had the privilege of watching Kristin grow in her leadership role and the board had no hesitation naming her executive director when the opportunity presented itself,” said Tim Perry, managing director and Chief Investment Officer – Jamestown and True North 400 board chair. “We are anticipating great things as she puts her mark on the organization, and works to execute the board’s vision to continue to improve mobility and access of the district.”
