North Fulton Community Improvement District Adopts the latest master plan update Blueprint III

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – The North Fulton Community Improvement District adopted a new master plan update for the commercial district along Georgia 400 on October 5th, 2021. Entitled “Blueprint North Fulton III,” the new master plan outlines priorities for the next five to seven years of CID investments. Click here to view the plan.

“Our first Blueprint, adopted in 2007, identified a list of priority transportation and quality of life improvement projects,” said Kerry Armstrong, Chairman of the North Fulton CID. “Since then, the North Fulton CID has invested $23 million to bring more than $130 million in infrastructure improvements to the North Fulton community. Our team is looking forward to increasing our impact as we implement this plan over the next five to seven years.”

Key community stakeholders from all three cities within the CID, current CID members and potential CID members gave input on their priorities to be included in this master plan update. The CID’s urban design team, led by Eric Bosman of Kimley-Horn, developed the plan to prioritize improvement projects and maximize project impact. This resulted in a priority list of 20 potential CID projects included in the document.

“We really focused on creating an updated plan that was heavily data driven. Blueprint III includes an updated market analysis of North Fulton while also looking at mobility and traffic trends in North Fulton,” said Brandon Beach, Executive Director of the North Fulton CID. “I am looking forward to seeing how this plan further enhances the quality of life and transportation connectivity in the district.”
