Tina Renee McCall and Nick Nicolosi Join the North Fulton CID Board of Directors

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, the North Fulton CID held a caucus of electors for vacant posts 7 & 8. The North Fulton CID leadership is pleased to announce the addition of Tina Renee McCall with Bridge Investment Group and Nick Nicolosi with Trademark Property Group.

Tina Renee serves as the Managing Director of Asset Management for Bridge Investment Group’s Office vertical. Her career in commercial real estate has span more than 20 years with experience in asset management, leasing, capital markets and portfolio management. She was named one of Connect CRE’s Women of Real Estate in 2021 gaining national recognition.

Leslie Day-Harrell, North Fulton CID Vice-Chair comments, “We are excited to welcome Tina Renee to the board and to gain her unique perspective representing ownership on the east side of Old Milton Parkway. We know the importance of that area and look forward to Tina Renee’s leadership as we look for ways to expand our district and invest our resources.”

Nick Nicolosi has been the General Manager of North Point Mall for 14 years, most of his 19-year commercial real estate career. Nick sits on the Alpharetta Convention & Visitors Bureau Board and is a member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

“Nick has been a constant supporter of the North Fulton CID and its initiatives for many years, and we are excited to welcome him officially to our team. His leadership will play a crucial role as the CID supports development and redevelopment efforts along North Point Parkway,” said Brandon Beach, NFCID Executive Director.

Founded in 2003, the North Fulton Community Improvement District has been a catalyst for positive change throughout North Fulton. Improving quality of life by investing in an even more vibrant and sustainable community has been its primary goal. The CID’s mission is to work continuously to improve the economic viability of its district. This includes the development of efficient transportation services, with an emphasis on access, mobility, diversification and modernization.
