True North 400 received a $2 million grant for construction from the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank which is administered by the State Road & Tollway Authority.

In partnership with the City of Alpharetta, True North 400 created an extension of Davis Drive to Westside Parkway. Davis Drive intersects Mansell Road, just west of GA 400 and serves a series of restaurant and entertainment uses including Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Miller’s Ale House, Sam’s Club, Main Event Entertainment and The Cooler.
The design for Davis Drive included improvements to the existing roadway and an extension of the street to the intersection of Westside Parkway and Sanctuary Parkway, adjacent to Top Golf. The CID’s Blueprint North Fulton Master Plan determined the need for additional east-west connectivity between the GA 400 area and SR 9 between the Mansell Road corridor to the south and the Hembree Road Corridor to the north. Davis Drive will provide a direct connection from Mansell Road to Sanctuary Parkway, which in turn connects the NorthPoint area to Old Roswell Road and its intersection with Old Ellis Road.
The extension has been completed and a ribbon cutting was held in April 2023.
