The future Encore Greenway Park will be located at North Point Parkway and Encore Parkway and create a gateway feature to connect to one of North Fulton’s most valuable amenities, the Big Creek Greenway. It will provide a critical connection from the Alpha Loop to the Big Creek Greenway. This project is a partnership between the City of Alpharetta and True North 400. It will benefit the North Point corridor by providing a more robust connection between two of the region’s premier trail systems so it can be better leveraged by those who live, work, and play in the North Point area and district beyond.
Project Status:
The bid has been awarded and the project is in design. True North 400 committed funds to the project in October 2024. Construction is expected to begin in early 2025.
Bids were due to the city in Fall 2024, and a bid has been awarded. True North 400 will work with the City of Alpharetta to hold a groundbreaking in the coming months.
