In 2007, True North 400 helped fund an Interchange Justification Report (IJR) to determine if adding an interchange off GA 400 on to McGinnis Ferry Road was justified. The IJR determined an interchange was feasible.
True North 400 partnered with Forsyth County to fund the local match for preliminary engineering efforts of the proposed interchange. Construction is currently underway on the interchange and slated to be completed in 2024.
