NOTICE OF NORTH FULTON COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT dba TRUE NORTH 400 ELECTION
NOTICE IS GIVEN as provided in the FULTON COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS ACT, approved April 3, 1987, (Ga. L. 1987, p. 5460) as amended, that a Caucus of Electors of the North Fulton Community Improvement District dba True North 400 shall be held on the 4th day of June, 2024, at 10000 Avalon Boulevard, Suite 100, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009. The purpose of the caucus is to vote on the question, “Shall the North Fulton Community Improvement District dba True North 400 be dissolved?” Registration for the election shall be held from 7:15 o’clock A.M. to 7:45 o’clock A.M. at which time registration will close and voting will occur. A map of said District is on file with the Clerk of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.
